Job Summary

Sri Satya Constructions is looking for an experienced Senior Engineer – Civil with strong hands-on experience in high-rise building construction and Mivan/aluminium formwork.

The ideal candidate should have worked on G+15 floors or above, preferably with experience in successfully completing at least one high-rise building project. The candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, coordinating with various teams, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring project activities are completed as per schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities for high-rise residential buildings.
- Plan and monitor execution of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, blockwork, plastering and finishing works.
- Manage Mivan/aluminium formwork activities including erection, alignment, level checking, de-shuttering and cycle management.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
- Monitor floor-wise and tower-wise progress and ensure targets are achieved as per project schedule.
- Coordinate with Planning, QA/QC, QS, MEP, Safety and subcontractor teams.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure proper quality control and workmanship.
- Identify site issues, coordinate with consultants/design teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools and equipment required for daily execution.
- Ensure proper implementation of construction safety procedures at site.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, work records and site documentation.




- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is executed within planned timelines.
- Support project management in achieving quality, productivity, cost and schedule targets.

Mandatory Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 7–9 years of relevant experience in building construction.
- Mandatory experience in High-Rise Building Projects.
- Candidate should have worked on G+15 floors or above.
- Hands-on experience with Mivan / Aluminium Formwork is mandatory.
- Preferably should have completed at least one High-Rise Building Project.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting and finishing works.
- Good understanding of Mivan cycle, productivity and site execution methodology.
- Ability to independently manage site activities and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and site execution procedures.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
