Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design-related issues and ensure compliance with building codes.

- Develop and maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.

- Implement QA/QC processes for construction materials testing to ensure quality and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Job Requirements :

- 6-17 years of experience in the engineering & construction industry with expertise in high-rise building projects.

- Solid understanding of QA/QC processes for construction materials testing.

- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

- Experience in inspection and QA/QC is desirable.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
