Role & responsibilities

- Experience in Understanding Drawings, Site supervision, Co-ordination and Execution of the Project as per the Schedule
- Experience in Project Review of Planned Vs Actual BOQ
- Uninterrupted Operation, Supply & Trouble shoot of Mechanical Facilities - Gases like, TMA, Silane, Ammonia, Oxygen, Hydrogen, Argon, Methane, Nitrogen, Nitrous Oxide, Boron Trichloride & Phosphane(Mandatory)
- Understanding Physical & Chemical properties of all Gases, MSDS of all Gases, Preparation / Revision of SOPs and Log Sheets, Compliance related to IMS, EHS, & etc
- Regular Monitoring of SCADA and all gases Physically by maintaining required pressures, flow, Temperature & etc.
- Knowledge of Controls & System during Cylinder Change Over Process with required precautions to Handle all Gases
- Maintaining History Cards, Log Book, Breakdown Registers,



Service Reports. Creating, Planning & Scheduled Preventive Maintenance.
- Maintaining Inventory of Critical Spares
- Diagnosing Faults & Root Cause Analysis of Breakdowns for implementing Corrective Action
- Relevant Knowledge with Problem solving skills and work well under pressure

Preferred candidate profile

- Hands-on experience in handling and maintaining gas facilities, including TMA, Silane, Ammonia, Oxygen, Hydrogen, Argon, Methane, Nitrogen, Nitrous Oxide, Boron Trichloride & Phosphane (Mandatory).
- Robust knowledge of SCADA monitoring, gas systems troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and EHS/IMS compliance.
