Role & responsibilities

- Lead embedded software development projects and mentor team members.
- Develop and debug applications using C/C++.
- Design software architecture, interfaces, and state machines.
- Work on RTOS-based embedded systems.
- Develop and maintain PLC applications using Structured Text.
- Analyze and enhance large legacy codebases.
- Prepare technical documentation and resolve complex technical issues.

Mandatory Skills

- Embedded Software Development (8+ years experience)
- C/C++ Programming & Debugging
- RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems)
- PLC Programming / Structured Text
- Software Design & Architecture (State Machines, Data Flow, Interfaces)

Preferred candidate profile 8+ years of Embedded Software Development experience, robust C/C++ programming, hands-on RTOS and PLC/Structured Text expertise, software design, debugging, and team-leading experience. Exposure to large legacy codebases is mandatory.
