Key Responsibilities

- Produce and coordinate electrical layouts, drawings, models and supporting design documentation in accordance with project standards, specifications and requirements.

- Undertake advanced design and drafting using AutoCAD, MicroStation and other approved project platforms.

- Develop concept and detailed designs for mine services, materials handling facilities, transport systems, water infrastructure, fuel facilities, industrial plants and associated electrical systems.

- Coordinate designs with mechanical, structural, civil, process and controls disciplines to achieve integrated and buildable outcomes.

- Participate in model reviews, design reviews, clash resolution and safety-in-design activities.

- Manage assigned drawing registers, deliverables, document workflows and work packages using ProjectWise or the relevant project document system.

- Check your own work thoroughly and, where authorised, review and guide the work of junior designers.

- Work directly with regional project teams to clarify technical inputs, priorities,



interfaces and delivery dates.

- Contribute to standard details, libraries, digital workflows, lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

- An associate degree, diploma, advanced diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Design or a related discipline.

- At least 5 years' electrical design and drafting experience in mining, resources, industrial, energy or heavy-industry projects.

- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation, with experience producing coordinated 2D and 3D design deliverables.

- Experience with engineering document management systems such as ProjectWise and controlled digital delivery workflows.

- Experience across concept, pre-feasibility, feasibility, detailed design or construction-support phases.

- Skilled fluency in written and spoken English and confidence collaborating with international stakeholders.
