Position: Duty Doctor / Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Shift: Day / Night Duty
Role Summary:
The Duty Doctor/RMO will be responsible for the clinical monitoring and day-to-day medical management of admitted patients, timely execution of consultants’ treatment plans, emergency response, documentation, and coordination with nursing and clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take proper handover and regularly monitor all IPD/ICU patients.
- Conduct patient rounds and maintain clinical progress notes.
- Ensure consultants’ treatment plans, medicines and investigations are executed on time.
- Attend emergencies,
stabilize patients and escalate to the concerned consultant when required.
- Monitor vitals, investigation reports and changes in patients’ conditions.
- Coordinate with consultants, nurses, OT, laboratory and pharmacy.
- Maintain accurate case sheets, treatment records and handover documentation.
- Ensure proper pre-operative and post-operative patient monitoring.
- Provide transparent handover to the incoming Duty Doctor.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
