Role: Senior Distribution / Business Operations Executive

Experience: 5-8 years

Education: Any Graduate

Work Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Handle overall Bisleri distribution operations for the region.
- Manage accounts, billing, collections and basic financial coordination.
- Coordinate with Bisleri company/distributor team and internal management.
- Monitor sales, stock, dispatches and outstanding payments.
- Develop and maintain key customer/distributor relationships.
- Track daily/monthly sales and business performance.
- Guide and monitor the junior team member at Aurangabad.
- Prepare regular MIS and management reports.

Required Profile

- Strong accounting and commercial knowledge.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Smart, responsible and business-oriented.
- Experience in FMCG / beverage distribution, sales or similar business will be preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel, billing and basic accounts.
