About the Role

Coronis Health is seeking an experienced Senior Director - Revenue Cycle Management (Dental) to lead and transform our dental revenue cycle operations. This leadership role will be responsible for driving billing performance, reducing denials, optimizing collections, and enhancing operational efficiency across multi-site dental practices.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in dental billing, payer relations, accounts receivable management, and revenue cycle transformation while leading high-performing teams and delivering measurable financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

- Develop and execute enterprise-wide RCM strategies for dental and oral surgery billing operations.
- Establish scalable processes, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance revenue realization and operational efficiency.

Revenue Cycle Operations

- Oversee end-to-end dental billing functions including eligibility verification, claims processing, payment posting, and denial management.
- Ensure timely submission and resolution of claims to maximize reimbursement.

Accounts Receivable Management

- Monitor A/R performance, aging reports, collection trends, and reimbursement metrics.
- Implement strategies to reduce Days in A/R and improve clean claim rates.

Payer Relations & Contracting

- Partner with executive leadership on dental payer negotiations, fee schedules, and reimbursement strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance providers and network partners.

Technology & Process Optimization





- Leverage dental practice management systems, EDR platforms, reporting tools, and automation solutions to improve operational performance.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across revenue cycle functions.

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations, payer guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Lead audit readiness, compliance reviews, and revenue integrity programs.

Leadership & Team Development

- Lead, mentor, and develop large-scale RCM teams.
- Establish performance metrics, accountability frameworks, and succession plans.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in Healthcare or Dental Revenue Cycle Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale RCM operations.
- Strong expertise in Dental Billing, CDT Codes, Insurance Adjudication, Denial Management, and A/R Optimization.
- Proven experience supporting multi-location dental practices or Dental Service Organizations (DSOs).
- Experience with payer contracting, reimbursement methodologies, and revenue cycle transformation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's Degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification such as CRCR, CPB, CPC, or equivalent.
- Experience with dental practice management systems and revenue cycle analytics platforms.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
