- 15-20+ years of experience, ideally someone who has spent several years leading or helping run a large GCC / Global Capability Center / Global Business Services organization.
- Significant experience managing large outsourcing and managed-services relationships, including vendor strategy, governance, commercial management, SLAs/KPIs and service delivery.
- Solid procurement and strategic sourcing background, particularly around technology, professional services and large enterprise vendors.
- Previous experience functioning as a Chief of Staff or strategic advisor to a CFO/COO/enterprise executive, with the ability to drive priorities across multiple functions.
- Experience overseeing large global or offshore teams and working across the US, India and other international locations.
- Strong understanding of GCC operating models,



including what capabilities should be insourced, outsourced, consolidated or transformed.
- Ability to evaluate the company's vendor landscape and outsourcing spend, identify consolidation and cost-optimization opportunities, and negotiate large strategic agreements.
- Experience driving operational transformation, process standardization, automation and productivity improvements across enterprise functions.
- Executive presence to work directly with the CFO and senior leadership, while still being hands-on enough to drive execution.

Financial-services / fintech / data-services experience would be highly desirable
