Key Responsibilities

- Global Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee pre-onboarding, background verification (BGV), onboarding, employee movement, and exit workflows while strictly maintaining process TATs.

- International Payroll &
- Perks:

Supervise end-to-end payroll processing across India and global entities (LATAM, MENA, APAC, etc.), ensuring total accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

- Compliance &

- Risk Management:

Lead statutory compliance, labor law adherence, and internal/external HR audits across all international operating regions.

- Performance &

- Talent Development:

Drive the performance review framework, talent calibration, succession planning, and leadership development programs.

- Employee Relations &

- Governance:

Handle conflict resolution, grievance redressal, and sensitive exit conversations with empathy and business judgment.

- HR Automation &

- Analytics:

Spearhead HR system digital transformations, build real-time HR dashboards (attrition, headcount, SLA tracking), and leverage data to predict workforce trends.

- Policy &

- SOP Formulation:

Design and update scalable HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks aligned with global expansion.
