A leading Logistics provider organisation is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support its logistics and supply chain operations. The role will partner with business and functional leaders to align people strategies with organisational priorities and drive effective workforce, talent and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organisational structure and manpower requirements.
- Support payroll cost planning, monitoring and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Analyse workforce data and recommend actions to improve efficiency and business performance.
- Lead talent management, succession planning and critical-role development activities.
- Support career conversations, individual development planning and employee growth initiatives.
- Identify learning and development needs and coordinate relevant capability-building programmes.
- Oversee performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews and improvement plans.
- Contribute to the development of future leadership talent, including initiatives supporting greater diversity and inclusion.
- Promote employee wellbeing and help build an inclusive, supportive and psychologically safe workplace.
- Drive employee engagement, internal communications and initiatives that strengthen the overall employee experience.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to support employee engagement and organisational culture goals.




- Monitor administrative costs and promote effective governance across the business.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures and employee lifecycle processes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR operations and service delivery.
- Monitor outsourced workforce requirements, costs and compliance.
- Provide effective HR leadership and support across a workforce of more than 1,000 employees.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be a strategic and commercially minded HR professional with significant experience managing and supporting a workforce of more than 1,000 employees. The successful candidate should have a strong background in business partnering, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, employee engagement and organisational development. Experience working in a large, complex or operationally intensive environment is highly desirable.

The role requires the ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities and translate business objectives into practical, scalable people solutions. The successful candidate should also be comfortable operating in a high-volume workplace and managing HR priorities across a sizeable and diverse employee population.
