Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media and digital content strategies to increase reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Manage and grow platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and oversee content calendars, Reels, videos, posts, and healthcare-focused content.
- Analyse social media performance, trends, and algorithms to optimise content and grow the audience.
- Lead and manage the medical content/social media team, including task allocation,



performance monitoring, and mentoring.

- Required Skills & Qualifications

- Mandatory: Medical Doctor / Healthcare Professional with a recognized healthcare qualification.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital media, social media, content, or healthcare communication.
- Robust understanding of social media platforms and digital growth strategies.
- Prior team handling/leadership experience.
- Strong communication, creativity, storytelling, and analytical skills.
- Active knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and content formats.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
