Role & responsibilities

- Work with the content and creative teams to develop marketing content for the website, blogs, social media, and video assets, including content promoted through YouTube.

- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for monthly webinars, newsletters, and other marketing initiatives using email marketing and digital promotion tools.

- Manage end-to-end webinar activities, including planning, setup, promotion, attendee management, execution, follow-up, and reporting, with hands-on experience using GoTo Webinar.

- Manage and maintain the company website using WordPress, including creating and updating web pages, landing pages, blog posts, images, links, and other website content.

- Manage the daily operations of SEO activities, including on-page SEO, keyword optimization, website content optimization, and performance monitoring.

- Plan, create, schedule, and manage social media posts across relevant platforms, with a solid focus on LinkedIn marketing.

- Generate and maintain weekly marketing reports covering website traffic, social media engagement,



SEO performance, webinar performance, email campaigns, paid campaigns, leads, and other key marketing metrics.

- Manage video creation activities from concept development and scripting through production, editing coordination, publishing, and promotion.

- Create, manage, monitor, and optimize organic and paid digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads.

- Coordinate with and manage the content and creative teams in developing brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and other marketing collateral for conferences and events.

- Create professional pre-sales presentations and marketing collateral for prospective clients.

- Provide pre-sales support by assisting in the development of solutions, presentations, proposals, and other sales enablement materials for prospects and leads.

- Track campaign performance and use marketing analytics to recommend improvements and optimize future marketing initiatives.
