We are looking for experienced Senior DFT Engineers to join our team in Bangalore.

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5 to 20 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement DFT architecture for complex SoC designs.
- Develop and implement Scan, ATPG, MBIST, and JTAG solutions.
- Work on DFT insertion, pattern generation, and verification.
- Analyze and debug DFT-related issues.
- Collaborate with RTL, Physical Design, STA, and Verification teams.
- Ensure DFT implementation meets quality and coverage requirements.
- Perform ATPG pattern generation, simulation, and coverage analysis.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in DFT implementation and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in Scan, ATPG, MBIST, and JTAG.
- Experience with DFT tools such as Tessent, Modus, or Synopsys DFTMAX.
- Good understanding of DFT architecture and test methodologies.
- Experience in DFT verification and debugging.
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
