About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate a up-to-date cloud-native platform that supports mission-critical applications and data services. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kubernetes-based infrastructure, GitOps practices, CI/CD automation, database administration, observability, and platform security.

You will play a key role in driving platform reliability, scalability, and developer productivity while mentoring junior engineers and adopting open-source technologies to enhance our engineering ecosystem.

Configuration Management: Ansible

Key Responsibilities





- Design and manage advanced CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD GitOps).

- Deploy and operate highly available PostgreSQL & MySQL clusters.
- Manage Kong API Gateway and optimize Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Operate and enhance monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki) and ensure security compliance.
- Manage Kafka clusters, perform capacity planning, and participate in incident response.
- Mentor junior engineers and deploy new open-source platforms end-to-end.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.

- Expert-level Kubernetes (deployments, StatefulSets, RBAC, CRDs) and Docker.
- Extensive experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL (HA, replication) and Helm chart development.
- Proficiency with ArgoCD, Prometheus + Grafana (PromQL), and Apache Kafka.
- Strong Linux administration, scripting (Bash, Python, Go), and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault and Traefik ingress controller.
