Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to manage and improve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, security, monitoring, and platform reliability. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployments.
- Manage Kubernetes/EKS clusters and containerized workloads.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Improve system reliability, availability, disaster recovery, and observability.
- Automate operational processes and minimize manual intervention.
- Implement cloud and deployment security best practices.
- Manage IAM, RBAC, SSO, secrets management, and access controls.
- Monitor production systems and troubleshoot incidents and outages.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement post-incident improvements.
- Support deployments across Dev, QA, Staging, and Production environments.
- Maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.




- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including:
- EC2, EKS, ECS
- VPC, Route53, CloudFront
- S3, IAM, RDS
- Lambda, CloudWatch, WAF
- AWS Organizations
- Experience working with hybrid and multi-account AWS environments.
- Strong Kubernetes administration and Docker experience.
- Hands-on experience with Helm and deployment automation.
- Experience troubleshooting distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Proficiency in Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Ansible or other configuration management tools.
- Valuable scripting skills in Bash and/or Python.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog, ELK/OpenSearch, Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
- Understanding of security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
- Strong understanding of IAM/RBAC, secrets management, security hardening, and vulnerability management.
- Strong knowledge of DNS, TLS/SSL, VPNs, reverse proxies, load balancers, CDN/WAF architectures, and Zero Trust networking.

Candidate Requirements
- Candidates must have 5+ years of relevant DevOps experience.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from Dehradun.
- Strong hands-on technical and troubleshooting skills are required.
- Salary offered: Up to ₹12 LPA, depending on experience and current compensation.
- Maximum hike: 30% on the last drawn salary.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
