Strong Azure DevOps Lead Profile with end-to-end CI/CD, IaC, and cloud-native delivery ownershipMandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 6+ years of total experience in cloud-native application delivery, of which 3+ years must be in Azure (recent)Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have deep, hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Services like Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, and BoardsMandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on experience handling and mentoring a team, guiding developers on Git workflows, pipeline authoring, IaC best practices, and cloud-native design.Mandatory (Tech skill 1) – Must have solid experience in CI/CD design and YAML pipeline authoring, including automation of build, test, release, and rollback processes with quality gates.Mandatory (Tech skill 2) – Must have strong hands-on Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform for repeatable setting provisioning; ARM templates or Bicep in addition is an advantage.Mandatory (Tech skill 3) – Must have hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes, specifically AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).Mandatory (Tech skill 4) – Must have hands-on scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python.Mandatory (Tech skill 5)

Preferred criteria

Preferred (Certification) – AZ-400 (Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert), AZ-104, AZ-305, or Terraform Associate.Preferred (Experience) – Experience with observability tooling (Azure Monitor, App Insights, Prometheus, Grafana), Azure cost-optimization and governance, and maintaining runbooks, playbooks, and reusable pipeline templates.
