We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sr DevOps Engineer to join our growing team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will work closely with software developers, QA engineers, and infrastructure teams to automate, deploy, monitor, and maintain our applications and cloud infrastructure. You will play a key role in designing and enhancing CI/CD pipelines, improving system reliability, implementing monitoring solutions and supporting cloud-native applications running on AWS and Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and other DevOps tools.
- Assist in implementing security best practices, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks within CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate application deployment, configuration management, and infrastructure provisioning.
- Manage and maintain Linux-based production and non-production environments.
- Monitor application performance, infrastructure health, and log analytics platforms.
- Implement and maintain centralized logging and observability solutions.
- Troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, infrastructure incidents, and production alerts.
- Work closely with development teams to improve deployment processes and release cycles.
- Manage Docker-based application deployments and containerized workloads.




- Support cloud infrastructure on AWS and participate in infrastructure scaling and optimization activities.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, and reporting systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Contribute to infrastructure documentation and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles.
- Strong experience working with Linux-based systems and server administration.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and related services.
- Good understanding of CI/CD concepts and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, and related tools.
- Experience working with Docker and containerized applications.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash/Shell scripting and Python.
- Experience managing relational databases such as MySQL or MariaDB. Oracle DB is a plus.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Zabbix, OpenSearch/ELK Stack, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Familiarity with version control systems and Git-based workflows.
