5+ years of experience in RPA development, solution architecture, or automation engineering.

- Proven experience leading technical teams, managing external vendors/BPO partners, and coordinating with Project Managers to drive successful delivery.

- Hands-on, advanced experience with RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Automate, or similar automation technologies.

- Experience driving speed and efficiency in development (e.g., Agile methodologies, building reusable component libraries, establishing CI/CD pipelines for RPA).

- Experience analyzing business processes and translating requirements into technical automation solutions.

- Strong experience working with data manipulation and analysis using Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data modeling, and pivot tables.





- Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, databases, and scripting languages.

- Experience using Power BI to develop dashboards and reports; familiarity with data modeling, Power Query, and integrating data from multiple systems is preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and architectural skills with high attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to confidently collaborate, pitch strategies, and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams
