- Design, implement and maintain Java application within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with established processes.
- Responsible for involving in the the architecture discussions of Marketo instances to enable campaigns and programs to run efficiently and effectively
- Be the face of the team during onshore hours to Business, Product owners, Architects and other stake holders on technical questions.
- Stay aware of current Marketo and marketing operations developments and make recommendations for strategic improvements to continually optimize and develop the effectiveness of the platform.
- Upskill self in technology.
- Participate and support in Automation initiatives.
- Contribute to application knowledge repository and best practices.
- Communicate efficiently in calls and emails.
- Contribute and give data for Performance testing & metrics.
- Contribute data to Daily & Weekly status reports by leads and seniors.
- Acquire knowledge in business domain and application workflow
- Participate and contribute in RCA.
