Role Details

- Create seasonal concepts and develop collection design directions
- Coordinate with Designers for seasonal inputs and range planning
- Conduct seasonal market surveys to analyze trends and competition
- Develop and present seasonal concepts for approval and finalization
- Prepare seasonal range boards and support trade show organization
- Create detailed sample indents with specs, artworks, and colorways
- Provide feedback to the sampling merchandiser and approve final samples
- Drive product and design innovation across garments, fabrics, styling, and fits
- Prepare and share PD briefs for current developments

Who can apply

- 3+ years of experience in design industry
- Fashion/Knitwear/Apparel design graduates (NIFT/NID)(Bachelor/Master)
- Strong understanding of seasonal trend research and market analysis
- Knowledge of garment construction, fits, fabrics, and sampling processes
