Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager with a strong background in Commercial Office, Retail & Hotel architecture and expertise in AutoCAD / Revit. The role involves leading the design process from concept through detailed design and construction documentation, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring design quality, technical accuracy and client requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership

- Lead design development for Commercial Office, Retail & Hotel projects from concept to construction documentation.
- Develop functional and innovative design solutions aligned with client requirements, project goals and regulations.
- Maintain design quality and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Project Coordination & Management

- Coordinate architects, engineers and other consultants to ensure seamless design integration.
- Oversee architectural drawings and documentation for accuracy and quality.
- Monitor design deliverables, timelines and project requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve design issues.





Technical Expertise

- Use and review AutoCAD drawings including plans, sections, elevations and construction details.
- Ensure drawings and documentation are accurate and construction-ready.
- Provide technical and design solutions during project development and construction.

Quality & Construction Support

- Conduct design reviews and ensure drawings comply with project requirements and building codes.
- Review design changes and ensure they are accurately incorporated.
- Support the construction team by resolving design-related queries and coordinating revisions.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.Arch/M.Aarch
- 8-12 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong experience in Commercial Office, Retail & Hotel projects, including mixed-use developments.
- Solid proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is preferred.
- Good understanding of building codes, regulations and architectural standards.
- Strong communication, coordination, client management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead design teams and manage multidisciplinary coordination.
