Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Project Management

Own end-to-end delivery of analytics, data engineering, AI/ML and Enterprise Data Transformation projects, ensuring delivery excellence and 100% client satisfaction.

Translate business requirements into scalable data/analytics solutions.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consultative guidance and ensuring expectations are met.

Drive business growth by building trusted relationships with client stakeholders through regular updates, workshops, and solution demonstrations.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data engineers, analysts, and data scientists.

Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to optimize delivery processes, frameworks, and methodologies.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:



MBAs/Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering

Experience: 8+ years of experience in analytics, BI data engineering services delivery, preferably in a client services driven environment. Should have managed team size ranging from 40-100 employees.

Technical Skills: (valuable to have)

Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, or Scala.

Hands-on experience with data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).

Strong knowledge of ETL, data pipelines, APIs, and data modeling.

- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.) and advanced analytics/ML frameworks.
- Soft Skills:

Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Drive and energy to work hard and achieve success in an entrepreneurial environment
