Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure & Database Engineer with strong expertise in Azure Cosmos DB, Terraform, Azure infrastructure, and Spacelift . The role will focus on Cosmos DB architecture, performance, security, and automation through enterprise-grade IaC.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, administer, scale, and optimize Azure Cosmos DB environments.
- Manage partitioning, indexing, RUs, consistency models, replication, backup & DR .
- Build reusable and scalable Terraform modules for Azure/Cosmos DB.
- Manage Spacelift/TACO stacks, workflows, policies, contexts, and drift detection.
- Implement OPA/Rego policies for infrastructure governance and compliance.
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot latency and scalability issues.




- Implement RBAC, encryption, Private Link, network isolation , and security controls.
- Work with Azure VNETs, peering, DNS, Private Endpoints, Entra ID, and Managed Identities .

Required Skills
- 5+ years hands-on Azure Cosmos DB production administration.
- Strong NoSQL data modeling, Core (SQL) API, multi-region replication, consistency models .
- Advanced Terraform and reusable module development.
- Hands-on Spacelift or similar tools such as Terraform Cloud/Env0.
- Knowledge of OPA/Rego policy development.
- Solid Azure networking and identity management experience.
