We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Migration Consultant to join a critical enterprise transformation program. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully delivering large-scale data migration initiatives, with expertise in managing end-to-end migration activities while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and business continuity.

Required Skills & Experience

- Robust hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
- Proven expertise in Oracle to Salesforce data migration projects.
- Deep understanding of data migration methodologies, best practices, and governance.
- Experience with data mapping, transformation logic, validation, reconciliation, and data quality management.
- Ability to work with complex data models and large datasets in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting,



and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, plan, and execute end-to-end data migration strategies and activities.
- Perform data analysis, mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Manage large-volume and complex data migrations with minimal impact on business operations.
- Identify and resolve migration-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies.
- Provide post-migration validation, support, and optimization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
