Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Analyst Business Insights & Intelligence to partner with the Stores & Services organization and deliver actionable business insights through analytics, reporting, and data storytelling. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, BigQuery, Looker, and retail analytics, with the ability to transform complex datasets into meaningful business recommendations that improve operational performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Store Operations and Services leadership to define, monitor, and enhance business KPIs.
- Deliver end-to-end analytics solutions from business requirement gathering to dashboard development, insight generation, and executive presentations.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards using Power BI and Looker.
- Build and optimize data models, data tables, and reporting solutions in collaboration with Data Engineering and IT teams.
- Improve reporting automation, simplify existing reports, and eliminate manual processes.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to evaluate sales performance, customer behavior, operational efficiency, and program effectiveness.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations and executive-level insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to establish data governance, reporting standards, and scalable analytics solutions.
- Manage multiple analytics initiatives and project timelines using JIRA.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and business impact.

Required Skills

- Advanced Power BI development with strong expertise in DAX, data modeling, and report optimization.
- Advanced SQL programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery and Looker.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Retail, E-commerce, Consumer Goods, or Omnichannel business environments.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud analytics platforms.
- Experience partnering with Data Engineering and Business teams.
