The Senior Customer

Support professional will handle customer issues, coordinate with legal staff to gather information, and provide clear explanations of processes and next steps. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records, monitoring client satisfaction, escalating complex concerns to appropriate team members, and supporting basic technical and administrative aspects of client management systems. This role requires a proactive approach to service, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience managing client relationships and resolving concerns.

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including clear communication, active listening,



and the ability to interact respectfully with diverse clients.

- Technical Support capabilities, including comfort with office software, communication tools, and basic troubleshooting of systems used for client management.

- Analytical Skills to understand client issues, interpret information, and support effective problem-solving and decision-making.

- Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in legal, professional services, or a similarly structured environment.

- Ability to work on-site full-time in Patna, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize under time-sensitive conditions.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline;

education or training related to law, business, or customer service is beneficial.
