- Coordinate with clients regarding civil/construction project requirements and updates.
- Act as a communication link between clients and the project/site team.
- Schedule site visits, meetings, and project discussions.
- Follow up with clients regarding project progress, payments, and documentation.
- Understand client concerns and coordinate with engineers to resolve issues.
- Maintain client records, project updates, and communication details.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and other project teams.
- Handle client complaints and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Provide regular project status updates to clients and management.
- Maintain valuable professional relationships with clients throughout the project.
Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or any relevant field. Experience: 1–3 years in construction, civil projects, real estate, or client coordination.
Key Skills: Client handling, communication, coordination, follow-up, problem-solving, and basic knowledge of civil construction.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
