Role & responsibilities

We're looking for a Program Manager to build and run structured mental health programmers at MyTalkIndia - from concept to delivery - while leading and developing the counselling team.

- Program Development & Strategy
- Conceptualize and build mental health programmes from the ground up, including vision, scope, delivery model, and launch plan
- Partnerships & Outreach
- Identify and build relationships with organizations, institutions, and external partners to expand programmer reach
- Design and deliver training programmers for counsellors based on service and capability requirements
- Conduct case discussions, skilled review sessions, and ongoing skill-development sessions &

Develop specialization tracks to strengthen counsellor expertise across key areas.
- Plan and execute workshops end-to-end, covering content, logistics, facilitation, and coordination.
- Track programme performance, utilization, outcomes, quality, and impact.
- Lead the counselling team through goal-setting, feedback, performance management, and day-to-day operational oversight




- Own SOPs, escalation processes, operational protocols, and documentation standards.
- Drive counsellor recruitment, selection, and performance evaluation

Preferred candidate profile

- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology (mandatory)
- 8+ years of experience in counselling, program development, and team supervision
- Advanced training or certification in evidence-based counselling approaches, including CBT, REBT, trauma-informed therapy, suicide risk assessment, crisis intervention, and safety planning, with demonstrated experience managing complex and high-risk cases.
- Hands-on experience on an online/chat-based counselling platform (mandatory)
- Experience conceptualizing or scaling mental health programmes from the ground up
- Strong track record in team training, supervision, and crisis support
- Fluent in English and Hindi
