Role Description The Senior Copywriter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves developing explicit, persuasive, and original copy for integrated campaigns, including digital, print, events, and internal communications.

The Senior

Copywriter will craft press releases, brand stories, taglines, and long-form content, while ensuring alignment with client objectives and STIR’s strategic direction. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating closely with account teams, strategists, and designers, refining messaging based on performance insights, and maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. The role also includes mentoring junior writers, participating in brainstorming sessions,



and presenting creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Writing and Communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different brands and formats.
- Candidates should possess experience in Press Releases and Marketing-focused messaging for campaigns, launches, and ongoing brand communication.
- Candidates should possess solid Proofreading abilities, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all content.
- Relevant experience in advertising or integrated communication agencies, preferably in a senior copywriting or equivalent role.
- Demonstrated portfolio of campaign work, brand storytelling, and long- and short-form copy across digital and traditional media.
- Solid collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with receiving and applying feedback, along with strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
