About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Controls Manager to join the CIB & HCIB Technology Chief Control Office (CCO) team.

The role will focus on technology risk and controls, regulatory requirements, control assurance, audit/testing and stakeholder management. The individual will work closely with technology, risk, audit, business and regulatory stakeholders to strengthen the technology control environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the delivery of the CIB & HCIB Technology risk and controls agenda.
- Partner with stakeholders across the three Lines of Defence (3 LODs).
- Act as a technology controls SME for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support engagements with external regulators, including RBI.
- Analyse risk and control information, regulatory circulars and questionnaires.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the technology control workplace and identify areas for improvement.
- Support issue management, internal events and risk-framework activities.
- Own governance activities related to regulatory testing and ensure timely completion of actions.




- Provide senior management with updates on regulatory deliverables, risks and concerns.
- Facilitate internal testing and ensure timely submission of supporting evidence.
- Identify trends and support the development and implementation of risk management and regulatory frameworks.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in Technology Risk, Technology Controls, IT Audit, Risk Management, Operations or Regulatory Audit.
- Strong understanding of technology controls.
- Good knowledge of areas such as software development, technology architecture, platforms and resilience.
- Experience identifying and resolving technology/risk-related issues.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within stringent timelines.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Certifications Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC or CCSP is Mandatory
