About the Role

TekChant Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced Senior Content Creator & Designer to lead content strategy, creation, and visual design across digital platforms. This role requires a seasoned professional who can independently drive the content vision — from strategic planning to hands-on execution — while mentoring junior team members and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. This is a full-time, onsite role based out of our Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end content strategy across social media, website, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
- Lead ideation, creation, and execution of high-quality written, visual, and video content aligned with business and brand objectives
- Design visually compelling assets (graphics, banners, presentations, infographics) using design tools, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
- Plan, manage, and optimize the content calendar across multiple channels
- Analyze content performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategy improvements
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to align content with business goals and campaigns
- Mentor and guide junior content creators/designers, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to keep TekChant's content competitive
- Manage external vendors/freelancers for content or design work when required




- Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and supports broader digital marketing objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in content creation and content design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both writing and visual design capability
- Advanced proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, Figma, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone/style across formats and audiences
- Robust understanding of SEO, content marketing strategy, and audience analytics
- Experience with video editing and short-form content production (Reels/Shorts/YouTube)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders independently
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a small content/design team is preferred
- Willingness and ability to work onsite from the Bangalore office on a full-time basis

Good to Have

- Experience in a B2B/IT services or technology-driven company
- Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI content design principles
- Experience managing brand campaigns end-to-end
