Your work profile

- Lead SAP FICO workstreams across implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support engagements, delivering scalable finance and controlling solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Accounting stakeholders and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions.
- Configure and support core SAP FI processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Financial Closing, and Taxation.
- Configure and support SAP CO processes, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices to optimize finance and controlling business processes.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate closely with ABAP teams for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and custom developments.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and enhancement projects, ensuring successful execution across all project phases.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities, reconciliations, and reporting processes.
- Lead and support System Integration Testing (SIT),



User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and business validation activities.
- Collaborate with MM, SD, PP, PS, Treasury, and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration.
- Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions to business users.
- Prepare business process documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer artifacts.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance to support team capability development.

Key Requirements

- 6-9 years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation project.
- Strong expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA, Tax Configuration, and Financial Closing processes.
- Robust understanding of finance, accounting, controlling, and business process management.
- Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, testing, support, and enhancement activities.
- Strong integration knowledge across SAP MM, SD, PP, PS,



Treasury, and other related SAP modules.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and coordinating with technical teams for custom developments and integrations.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Account-Based CO-PA, New General Ledger, Central Finance (CFIN), and SAP Fiori applications.
- Experience supporting financial reporting, reconciliation, audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Group Reporting, Treasury & Cash Management, and finance transformation initiatives is desirable.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead workshops, requirement discussions, testing activities, and client-facing interactions.
- Experience in global rollout, support, and transformation programs will be an added advantage.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage.
- SAP FICO or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, statutory reporting requirements, and financial governance frameworks is desirable.
- Exposure to SAP Activate, Agile, Scrum methodologies, and global SAP delivery models will be an added advantage.
- Experience across industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Banking, or Financial Services is preferred.
