We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud to join our team in Bangalore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Salesforce implementations, solution design, development, integrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform enhancements. You will work closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Experience with Salesforce Field Service will be highly valuable.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and customize Salesforce Service Cloud features and solutions.
- Design and support the ingestion and integration of data from multiple disparate sources into Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using declarative tools, including Flows, Validation Rules, Formula Fields, and Page Layouts.
- Develop Apex classes and triggers and custom Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Gather requirements and contribute to solution design reviews and sprint planning.
- Support the development of high-quality digital experience portals.
- Provide technical guidance to architects and development teams on when to use Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality versus custom development.
- Apply Salesforce best practices across design and implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and provide support to end users.
- Collaborate with and support developers when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions and development processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with strong expertise in Service Cloud or related Salesforce modules.




- Experience participating in at least one end-to-end Service Cloud implementation and one Data Cloud implementation.
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including:
- Objects and data model
- Security model
- Profiles and Permission Sets
- Flows
- Governor Limits
- Storage optimization
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, including data segmentation, data spaces, data indexing, and related concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience using Salesforce CLI and VS Code.
- Hands-on experience with Data Cloud and data ingestion from multiple sources.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and version control using Git.
- Robust understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
