Senior Consultant, Business Consulting – Tech Transformation

Infosys Consulting is seeking for Senior Consultants for their Technology Transformation practice. Candidate must be an experienced IT professional/consultant with the requisite domain acumen and delivery proficiency to help clients achieve business success. Ideal candidate would have a balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills to navigate complex M&A; scenarios effectively with 6+ YOE.

Candidates must be comfortable to take up working at all levels to help the organization define and deliver IT solutions and processes as part of an integrated strategy.

As a Sr Consultant, you will:

Provide strategic and technical advice to the client CIO and other senior IT leaders on-

- Due Diligence:
- Assess target companies' IT systems, infrastructure, and capabilities.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to IT during the M&A; process.
- Evaluate compatibility of IT platforms and technologies.
- Integration Planning:
- Develop IT integration strategies and roadmaps post-merger.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and objectives for IT integration.
- Estimate costs and timelines for IT integration projects.
- Implementation Support:
- Provide oversight during the integration of IT systems and applications.
- Ensure data migration and application consolidation are executed smoothly.
- Support the implementation of unified IT policies, governance, and security protocols.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Liaise with IT teams from both organizations to facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment.




- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain documentation related to IT assessments, integration plans, and progress.
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess integration success.

Basic Qualifications Consultants-

- Preferably MBA graduates from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges with bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any technology related field.
- 6+ years of experience in IT consulting, preferably with a focus on M&A.;
- Strong understanding of IT systems, project management, and integration methodologies.
- Excellent articulation, communication, and strong interpersonal skills

Senior Consultants-

- Preferably MBA graduates from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges with bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any technology related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in IT consulting, preferably with a focus on M&A.;
- Strong understanding of IT systems, project management, and integration methodologies.
- Excellent articulation, communication, and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with data management, IT strategy, cloud technologies, cybersecurity is advantageous.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

- M.B.A. or equivalent advanced degree




- Big 4 consulting or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving skills: ability to determine proper course or methodology with minimal direction or supervision.
- Ability to produce clear, concise, relevant, and accurate recommendations based on information gathered from stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Robust verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
