About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager with strong hands-on experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out / Workplace / Design & Build projects .

The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, managing site teams and contractors, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and as per the required quality standards.

Candidates with experience in Commercial, Hospitality, Infrastructure, or other large-scale projects will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end construction and interior fit-out execution from mobilisation to project handover.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, manpower, materials, and site activities.
- Drive day-to-day site execution and ensure work progresses as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate closely with Design,C&I;, MEP, Procurement, Project Management, Contractors, Vendors, and Client teams .
- Manage contractors and subcontractors and monitor productivity, quality, safety, and progress.
- Review GFC drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, specifications,



and project requirements.
- Identify execution challenges, dependencies, and potential delays and drive timely resolution.
- Monitor project progress against agreed milestones and prepare regular MIS and progress reports.
- Coordinate with MEP and other project teams to ensure smooth execution and minimise site-level conflicts.
- Monitor project costs, variations, material requirements, and resource utilisation.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, statutory guidelines, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site reviews, coordination meetings, and progress reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive effective communication and coordination across all project stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion, snag closure, testing, commissioning coordination, and project handover.
- Provide regular project updates and escalate critical issues to senior management.
- Lead and mentor site and project execution teams.

What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Construction Management / Interior Fit-Out / Design & Build.
- Strong hands-on experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out / Workplace projects .




- Candidates with experience in Commercial, Hospitality, Infrastructure, or similar large-scale projects will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of construction execution, site management, project planning, and coordination.
- Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client stakeholders.
- Robust understanding of civil, architectural, finishes, and MEP coordination .
- Ability to manage project timelines, quality, safety, resources, and execution challenges.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead large site teams and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Strong ownership and accountability for project delivery.
