Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Engineer to manage and supervise the execution of a large-scale layout development project in Kerala.

The candidate should have strong experience in layout development, road formation, drainage, earthwork, infrastructure works, villa/residential construction, contractor management, and overall site execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all construction and infrastructure activities at the project site.

Execute and monitor internal roads, earthwork, site grading, drainage, culverts and retaining walls.

Supervise water supply, underground utilities, electrical infrastructure and street-lighting works.

Check site levels, road gradients, drainage slopes and formation levels.

Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, surveyors, contractors and vendors.

Manage contractors, subcontractors, labour and machinery.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.

Verify measurements, quantities,



contractor bills and work completion.

Maintain daily site reports, measurements and construction records.

Identify site issues and provide practical engineering solutions.

Monitor material requirements and control wastage.

Ensure proper site safety practices.

Report project progress and critical issues to management.

Take complete ownership of day-to-day site execution.

Qualification & Experience

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

10–15+ years of relevant construction experience.

Experience in layout development / township / villa / resort projects preferred.

Experience in Kerala, particularly with road formation, drainage, earthwork and heavy-rainfall conditions, will be an advantage.

Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and construction drawings.

Solid knowledge of quantity measurement, BOQ and contractor billing.

Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
