Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and control civil construction activities for industrial, warehouse, factory and commercial projects.

- Ensure all works are executed strictly as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project requirements.

- Thoroughly check drawings before and during execution and identify discrepancies or missing details.

- Check BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), reinforcement quantity, bar diameter, spacing, laps, anchorage, development length and cutting/bending details before reinforcement work.

- Thoroughly inspect reinforcement, shuttering, levels, dimensions, line & level and other works before giving clearance for concreting.

- Ensure quality of concrete works including RCC, foundations, columns, beams, slabs, equipment foundations, flooring and other industrial structures.

- Check construction methodology and ensure proper sequence of work.

- Verify levels, alignment, dimensions and elevations using drawings and site measurements.

- Monitor execution of earthwork, PCC, RCC, masonry, structural foundations, industrial flooring, roads, drains and external development works.

- Ensure proper inspection and testing of materials and completed works as per project specifications.

- Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, client representatives and subcontractors for technical issues and approvals.

- Check and verify site measurements, quantities, BOQ items and subcontractor bills.

- Monitor material requirements and ensure proper utilisation and minimise wastage.





- Maintain proper site records, inspection requests, checklists and quality documentation.

- Identify defective or non-conforming work and ensure rectification before proceeding with subsequent activities.

- Monitor progress against the project schedule and coordinate with the Project Engineer/Site Team for timely completion.

- Ensure proper implementation of site safety and quality procedures.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in civil construction.

- Strong experience in industrial construction / factory / warehouse / commercial projects.

- Should have robust practical knowledge of RCC and structural civil works.

- Must be well versed with BBS, reinforcement detailing, shuttering, concreting and quantity checking.

- Should have a strong eye for detail and be capable of thoroughly checking work before execution and concreting.

- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings independently.

- Good knowledge of IS codes, construction practices, quality control and testing procedures.

- Should be comfortable with AutoCAD, MS Excel and construction documentation.

- Should be capable of independently coordinating with subcontractors, consultants and client representatives.

- Candidates who have primarily worked in residential construction will not be preferred.

Pay: ₹21,230.21 - ₹63,394.71 per month
