We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead the site execution of a major concrete bridge project in Nashik. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in executing complex bridge structures from foundation to superstructure and managing technical teams on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full charge of site execution for heavy structures including pile foundations, well foundations, piers, pier caps, and bearings.
- Supervise casting, launching, and erection of I-girders / Box girders, and deck slab concreting.
- Oversee critical bridge engineering processes such as post-tensioning (tendon stressing and grouting) and bearing installations.
- Ensure stringent adherence to structural designs, quality benchmarks,
and strict site safety protocols.
- Manage daily planning, subcontractor coordination, and client/consultant quality inspections.
Requirements:
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven experience specifically in bridge, flyover, or highway structures.
- Strong technical background in pre-stressed concrete, formwork staging design, and survey alignment.
Salary: ₹45,000 to ₹55,000 per month
