Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C++ and .NET technologies.
- Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance software solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.
- Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party systems as required.
- Ensure compliance with security, quality,



and regulatory standards within the domain.
- Support production deployments and provide post-implementation maintenance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, design documents, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team collaboration initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile 6-8 years of C++ and .NET development experience, solid OOP and multithreading knowledge, enterprise application development expertise, MES exposure preferred, Healthcare/Insurance/BFSI domain experience preferred, Azure/GCP knowledge, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
