Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and guide captains, stewards, and service staff.

- Ensure efficient and timely food and beverage service.

- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and hospitality.

- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.

- Train and mentor junior service staff.

- Monitor table setups, cleanliness, and restaurant hygiene.

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.

- Ensure proper billing, order accuracy, and service standards.

- Support upselling of food, cocktails, and beverages.

- Maintain a positive and professional team workplace.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Senior Captain or Captain in a restaurant, lounge, or bar.

- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to handle busy shifts and manage a team.

- Customer-oriented attitude and professional grooming.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
