We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive who can take ownership of revenue, drive conversions, and help us scale our Degree Programs and 3-Year Programs.

? What You'll Do✅ Counsel students and working professionals on Degree & Professional Programs

✅ Handle qualified leads and convert them into enrollments

✅ Conduct telephonic, virtual, and video counselling sessions

✅ Understand learner requirements and recommend the right programs

✅ Follow up consistently and drive closures

✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue & enrollment targets

✅ Handle objections and negotiate effectively

✅ Maintain accurate sales activity and follow-ups in CRM

✅ Collaborate with Admissions and Operations teams for smooth enrolment

✅ Build strong learner relationships and generate referrals

? What You Should Bring? 1–3 years of relevant sales experience

? Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets

? Robust communication and persuasion skills

? Excellent objection-handling & negotiation ability

? Strong follow-up and closure skills

? CRM knowledge and sales process discipline

? Target-driven and ownership-oriented mindset

? Bachelor's degree in any discipline
