CS Meditech is an emerging Pharma Wholesale & Healthcare business based in MIDC , Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
We are building a professionally managed B2B healthcare business focused on General as well as specialised medicine Supply, Sales & Distribution.
As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced Senior Pharma Professional (preferably retired seniors from reputed pharma companies) who can bring strong pharmaceutical-industry expertise, therapeutic medicine knowledge, business relationships and practical GDP experience to our organisation.
We are looking for
- 15 - 25+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Retired / semi-retired senior pharma professionals are welcome
- Experience with reputed Indian / multinational pharma companies preferred
- Strong experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Product Management, Institutional Business , End to end Pharma Distribution .
Therapeutic expertise preferred: The candidate should have solid knowledge of one or more speciality therapeutic segments.
- Anti-hypertensive medicines
- Anti-anginal and anti-ischemic therapies
- Antiplatelet and anticoagulant products
- Arrhythmia / rhythm-management medicines
- Cardiovascular specialty and hospital products
Additional experience in the following segment medicine products will be an advantage:
- Diabetology
- Nephrology
- Oncology
- Orthopaedics
- Critical Care
Key Responsibilities:
1. Selection of Products & companies based on client and hospital requirements.
2. Develop pharma manufacturer & product tie-ups
3. Identify and evaluate new pharmaceutical products and therapeutic opportunities
4. Guide on product portfolio, pricing, margins and commercial strategy.
5. Build relationships with pharmaceutical companies and healthcare institutions
6. Provide industry knowledge, market intelligence and strategic guidance
7. Mentor and guide the CS Meditech team
Note : This is intended as a flexible professional engagement, particularly suitable opportunity for experienced, retired or semi-retired pharma professionals. The scope, working hours and remuneration will be mutually discussed and agreed based on the candidate's experience, expertise and level of involvement. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
