Business Analyst – Digital Banking / Wealth / Contact Centre

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Digital Transformation, Digital Banking, Wealth and Contact Centre journeys .

The candidate should have experience working with senior business stakeholders, analyzing and improving digital journeys, and owning requirements through end-to-end project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze, evaluate and improve Digital Transformation initiatives across banking.
- Work closely with senior business stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Own requirements and support end-to-end project implementation .
- Analyze Wealth digital journeys across Mobile and Web platforms.
- Work on Digital CCT / digital customer journeys for retail banking customers, preferably with experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations .
- Analyze and support Retail Banking Contact Centre and CCaaS initiatives.




- Work closely with technology, product, analytics and business teams.
- Support Agile delivery through JIRA and Confluence .
- Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, prioritization, UAT and stakeholder discussions.
- Ensure business requirements and expected customer journeys are aligned with the delivered solution.

Mandatory Skills
- 8–15 years of experience with strong core Business Analysis experience.
- Strong experience in Digital Transformation / Digital Banking .
- Experience with Wealth and Mobile/Web digital journeys.
- Experience with Digital CCT for retail banking customers.
- Experience in at least 2 full-cycle Digital CCT implementations .
- Strong understanding of Retail Banking Contact Centre and CCaaS environments .
- Experience with Genesys CX Migration .
- Solid Agile experience.
- Hands-on exposure to JIRA and Confluence .
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills .
