Responsible For
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and user requirements.
- Contribute to product roadmap planning, release management, and feature prioritization.
- Prepare business analysis artifacts including BRDs, FRS, Use Cases, User Stories, Wireframes, UML diagrams, and process flows.
- Perform gap analysis, recommend solutions, and manage requirement changes through a structured change control process.
- Partner with Product, Development, QA, and Project Management teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- Provide functional guidance,



resolve requirement-related queries, review test cases, participate in functional/UAT testing, and support defect resolution.
- Maintain product documentation, release artifacts, UAT matrices, and project schedules.
- Review deliverables prepared by team members and mentor associates as needed.
- Support customer meetings, handle assigned support tickets, and assist in client onboarding activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, recommend best practices, and communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership.

Educational Requirements

- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience in the Life Sciences or related discipline.
