Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with clients and cross-functional technical teams.
- Create user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Facilitate requirement discussions and stakeholder meetings.
- Support UAT, testing, defect clarification, and implementation.
- Coordinate requirements, dependencies, and deliverables across teams.
- Analyze and improve business processes.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage requirements through Jira/Azure DevOps.
- Provide functional support throughout the project lifecycle.
Must-Have Skills
- 610 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst / Functional Consultant.
- Robust Life Sciences / Healthcare IT background.
- Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with User Stories, Functional Specifications, Process Flows & UAT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating with business and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Domain Preference Pharmacovigilance Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety experience is strongly preferred.
