The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analyzing past, current, and future business trends. This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies. **Responsibilities:

As a Scrum Master

Agile Orchestration: Lead all Scrum events including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Team Coaching: Guide the team on self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement using

Agile frameworks.Blocker Removal: Aggressively identify, track, and remove internal and external impediments to keep the team focused on sprint goals.

Metrics & Delivery: Track and communicate Agile metrics (e.g., team velocity, burndown charts, capacity) to predict future delivery capabilities.

Team Protection: Shield the development team from external interruptions, ad-hoc requests, and scope creep during active sprints.

As a Business Analyst

Backlog Health:



Assist the Product Owner in organizing, prioritizing, and maintaining a healthy, deep product backlog.

Story Writing & Refinement: Translate high-level business requirements into detailed, developer-ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Technical Translation: Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical developers to resolve scope ambiguities.

Process Mapping: Document workflows and current/future-stateprocesses to support technical architectural decisions.

Qualifications:**

- 4+ years of experience working inside an Agile/Scrum environment.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis (requirements gathering, process mapping, writing user stories).Certifications (Mandatory):
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Qualified Scrum Master (PSM).
- Business Analysis credential (e.g., ECBA, CCBA, or PMI-PBA)Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

Technical Tools:

- Proficiency in JIRA, ServiceNow Agile/ SPM, Confluence.
- Experience with process-modeling or diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
