ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Brand Strategist who can turn brand and business challenges into sharp strategic thinking, compelling campaign ideas, and persuasive pitches .

The ideal candidate should understand brands, consumers, culture, and digital platforms, and be able to take a brief from insight → strategy → idea → pitch .

Digital / integrated agency experience is mandatory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop brand, communication, and campaign strategies based on business objectives and consumer insights.
- Translate briefs into strategic territories, campaign platforms, communication directions, and big ideas.
- Research audiences, categories, competitors, trends, and cultural conversations to identify relevant insights.
- Develop compelling narratives and ideas across digital, social, influencer, and content platforms.
- Lead or contribute to client pitches and new business presentations , from developing the strategy and pitch deck to presenting the idea.
- Clearly articulate and defend strategic recommendations and creative thinking in client discussions.




- Work closely with Creative, Client Servicing, Business Development, Influencer Marketing, and Content teams to develop integrated solutions.
- Bring solid writing and storytelling skills to campaign messaging, presentations, scripts, and brand communication.
- Manage multiple briefs and pitches in a fast-paced agency setting.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 5–8 years of experience in a digital, creative, advertising, or integrated marketing agency.
- Strong experience in brand strategy, campaign strategy, and pitching .
- Excellent understanding of digital, social media, content, and influencer marketing.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and creative thinking.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to turn business challenges into clear strategic solutions.
- Confidence in presenting ideas and interacting with clients.
- Strong portfolio showcasing strategy, campaigns, and pitch work .
