Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to manage the overall sales, service, operations, customer relationships, and profitability of the branch. The candidate will be responsible for business development, team management, customer acquisition, and achieving branch targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch sales, service, operations, and profitability.
- Develop new customers and expand business in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, automotive, and related sectors.
- Drive sales of material handling equipment, spare parts, and solutions.
- Manage customer meetings, enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and key customers.
- Monitor sales targets, pipeline, revenue, collections, and branch performance.
- Oversee service activities including installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and AMC/CMC.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales, service, and support teams.




- Coordinate with management, finance, service, and other departments.
- Prepare MIS and regular performance reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, timely collections, and compliance with company policies.

Required Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

Required Experience & Skills
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in material handling, industrial equipment, capital equipment, forklifts, warehouse solutions, or similar industries.
- Strong experience in B2B Industrial Sales and Business Development.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Good understanding of commercial and financial activities.
- Strong communication and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
