Role Description The Senior Boomi Integration Specialist will design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Boomi to connect enterprise applications and data sources. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, model integrations, configure connectors, and optimize workflows for performance and reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and deploying Boomi processes, troubleshooting integration issues, monitoring integrations in production, and ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and coding standards.

The specialist will lead integration best practices, provide technical guidance to junior team members, and participate in code reviews, documentation,



and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to support end-to-end implementation lifecycles and deliver high-quality integration solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for requirements analysis, solution design, performance tuning, and problem-solving in complex integration environments.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, documenting integration designs, and providing clear status updates.
- Candidates should possess Integration expertise, including hands-on experience with Boomi (AtomSphere), API integrations, data transformations, and enterprise application connectivity.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and configuration issues in distributed systems.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills with proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., Java, Groovy, JavaScript), and familiarity with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and relational databases.
- Relevant Boomi certifications (e.g., Boomi Professional Developer) and experience integrating ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar systems are highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, along with several years of experience in integration projects, is preferred.
